Jose Hernandez started a company in 2005 called Expert Office PC which specialized in Information Technology support. Expert Office\u2019s primary mission was to support companies in providing a high caliber IT Manager to small business. Expert Office grew organically for the next 8 years and had a high customer retention rate as we provided a human touch to IT. In 2008, the owner decided to move completely to programming and web design, Puppy Systems was born.<\/p>\n
Expert Office clients were referred to IT Done Right, another IT support company in the Valley. During this transition, customers were the number one priority. In November of 2008, IT Done Right closed its door. After positive feedback from his previous Expert Office clients, Jose decided to add support for small business IT support, so Puppy Software became Puppy Systems. The plus stands for the addition of IT Support.<\/p>\n
